Each year, Prosper Foundation assembles teams of professional and capable high school students.
Looking ahead to the upcoming year, we now need another group of passionate and talented individuals to create fantastic experiences for business-minded high school students in not only the Lower Mainland but all over Canada. As a member of a Prosper Foundation executive team, including Ascend, STRIVE, Elevate, or Prosper, you will:
Prosper
Help bring Canada's premier business conference and case competition experience to 600+ attendees from all across the Lower Mainland and beyond.
Elevate
Help organize one of Canada's most unique youth venture creation and entrepreneurship conference to 200+ students at UBC Sauder.
STRIVE
Deliver Canada's only high school case competition with a specific concentration to 400+ attendees over 2-days at
UBC Sauder.
Ascend
Create Canada's most unique high school case competition experience with 2 difficulty streams for 400+ students at UBC Sauder.

Joint Staffing Model
The Joint Staffing Model allows executives to support more than one conference at a time, helping ensure consistency, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing across Prosper Foundation’s programs. By enabling shared leadership across conferences, this model strengthens alignment in planning and execution while maintaining dedicated teams for each event. The Joint Staffing Model also supports a more connected conference ecosystem, allowing best practices and insights to carry forward year over year.
Ascend and Prosper
Executives will be responsible for organizing both Ascend 2026 and Prosper 2027.
STRIVE and Elevate
Executives will be responsible for organizing STRIVE 2027 and Elevate 2027.
